Booking conditions and payment:
With your application we guarantee your booking in the following way. We ask for a deposit of 50% for reservations. After receipt of the deposit, the booking is final and we will confirm it. The remaining amount must be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer.
In case of cancellation, the cancellation costs are:
Up to 4 weeks before the day of arrival: 50% of the total cost of the stay. From 4 weeks before the day of arrival: 100% of the total cost of the stay.
Insurance and borg:
We advise you to take out a good travel and cancellation insurance. You pay 250 euro borg cash when arriving. In case of damage is that the minimum amount that you pay us. For more damage you address your insurance. In case of no damage you receive the borg in a week after departure back.
Check-in and check-out:
From 15:00 on the day of arrival. Before 11.00 on the day of departure.
Arrival:
In July and August stay a minimum of 5 days, other months stay a minimum of 3 days.
Airport shuttle:
Airport shuttle rates on request.
Swimming pool:
The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk at all times. There is no supervision. We ask you to shower in advance. The swimming pool can be used from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and we ask you to be considerate of other guests. Use outside these times in consultation.
Rest:
We ask our guests to respect the peace and quiet (no noise pollution) in our villa between 22:00 and 09:00.
Breakfast:
Included, we serve breakfast between 09.00 and 10.00 or in consultation at another time. If indicated in advance and if possible, we will take into account any diets/allergies.
Children:
We are an Adults Only accommodation. The minimum age is 18 years.
Pets:
No pets allowed.
Linen:
Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and hammam towels for the pool are included.
Our linen is for use in the villa and may not be taken outside our premises.
For weekly stays (e.g. arrival Saturday) towel change on Wednesday and Saturday, bed linen change on Saturday. In case of an extra change of towels or bed linen, there are additional costs involved.
Green key:
During your stay, we ask you to be considerate of the environment, especially when using water and electricity. At the moment there is a water restriction in parts of Catalonia and we ask you to be extra economical with water. If you are not present in the room, you must turn off all water taps, lights and airconditioning and close the door.
Loss key:
In case of loss of a key, an amount of € 50.00 will be charged.
Smoke:
Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms or inside the other areas.
Drugs:
It is not allowed to use or store (soft)drugs in and around our villa. This is to prevent nuisance for us, our other guests and our neighbors.
Food and drinks:
Food and drinks are not allowed in the bedrooms. For drinks, we work with an Honesty Bar, which means that you write down yourself when you grab coffee, tea or a drink from the fridge. We have every confidence that you will do this honestly. Abuse equals theft. Own drinks are not allowed.
Liability:
Entering the site and using our facilities and furnishings is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for accidents, damage and/or theft. Our villa is our private property and we therefore ask you to treat our property with respect. In the unlikely event that something is damaged or broken, we assume that you will report this. We have a safe in the room for your precious belongings.
Camera surveillance:
Our villa is secured by cameras. It is possible that security images are stored with our provider. By entering our premises, you agree to this.
